Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1⅓ tablespoon chili flakes
  • tablespoon black pepper
  • tablespoon mixed herbs
  • salt to taste
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  • Peel the potato and grate it into thin strips. Wash it 1–2 times and squeeze out the excess water.
  • Place the grated potato in a large bowl. Add the egg, salt, corn starch, chili flakes, mixed herbs, black pepper, cilantro, and olive oil.
  • Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • Spread the mixture evenly and thinly in the air fryer basket for crispiness.
  • Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. It also depends on the size and brand of the air fryer you are using. It is better to check frequently in the last 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your crispy snack

  • Squeeze out as much water as possible from the potato for better crispiness.
