This roasted makhana is crispy, light, and ready in under 10 minutes. Just 3 simple ingredients and your air fryer does all the work. A healthy snack you will want to make again and again.
- 1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
- salt to taste
- olive oil spray
Preheat the air fryer at 180°C (360°F) for 2 minutes.
Add the makhana to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil, add salt, and mix well.
Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes. Toss halfway through so everything roasts evenly.
Once done, let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy with your kids.
