Crispy and tender air fryer garlic green beans made with garlic, olive oil, and simple seasoning. A quick and healthy side dish ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 100 g green beans (trimmed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 pinches black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C)
  • Wash the green beans and trim the ends on both sides. In a bowl, add the green beans, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix well so everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the green beans to the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer so they cook evenly. Do not overcrowd the basket. If needed, cook in batches.
  • Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes. Toss the beans 2 to 3 times during cooking so they brown evenly.
  • Once the beans are tender and slightly crispy on the edges, remove them to a serving plate. Your air fryer garlic green beans are ready to enjoy as a healthy side dish.

  • Trim the beans evenly so they cook at the same time.
  • Spread in a single layer for best crisp texture.
